Led by transformation experience

The Leader-Driven AI Bootcamp is led by Jerald Rogers, who has more than 30 years’ experience designing and implementing operational and cultural change.

His approach combines systems thinking, workflow design and hands-on implementation. Rather than prescribing from a distance, Jerald works alongside leadership teams to challenge assumptions, strengthen their plans and turn broad AI ambition into practical next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. The Leader-Driven AI Bootcamp is designed for leadership teams at different stages of AI adoption, from organisations that are only beginning to explore AI through to those already experimenting but struggling to create a coherent approach. What matters more than technical knowledge is the willingness of senior leaders to engage with the work, make decisions and take ownership of what happens next.

  • The bootcamp is delivered virtually through two private workshops, with applied organisational work completed between them. The first workshop establishes the foundations, the intervening period allows participants to apply the thinking to their own organisation, and the second workshop reviews and strengthens what they have developed. One or two scheduled Q&A or office-hours sessions are also available between workshops.scription

  • Participants attend a four-hour opening workshop, complete approximately one working day of applied work over the following 10 days to two weeks, and then attend a four-hour review workshop. Drafts are submitted to Jerald one or two days before the second workshop so he can review them in advance. Everyone involved is expected to participate fully rather than attend selected parts.

  • No. Participants leave with reviewed first drafts of the strategies, assessments and plans needed to move forward. These are designed to create clarity, expose gaps and establish a credible structure for the next stage—not to suggest that the organisation’s entire AI transformation has been completed within two weeks.

  • Yes. Successfully utilizing AI requires the application of many best practices. Many of these also improve non-AI-related activities. Thus, clients can expect to see overall improvements in expertise capture and transmission, communications, quality control, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision-making, strategy formulation, planning, and management among other areas. The bootcamps are set up to support improvement in these areas.

  • Yes. Delimited is willing to sign an NDA where required, and all organisational information shared during the Accelerator will be treated as confidential. The work depends on participants being able to discuss their organisation’s priorities, risks and constraints openly, so discretion is fundamental to the engagement.

  • At the end of the bootcamp, we will identify the most logical next steps based on the organisation’s progress, priorities, remaining gaps and internal capability. Some organisations may be able to continue independently, while others may choose to continue into an extended program for further implementation and transformation support.

  • No. The bootcamp is intended to create meaningful value as a standalone engagement. Any further support will be discussed only where it appears useful, and the organisation is under no obligation to continue working with Delimited after the bootcamp is complete.

  • Workshop dates are agreed directly with each organisation. The second workshop will usually take place around 10 days to two weeks after the first, allowing enough time for participants to complete the applied work, attend the office-hours sessions and submit their drafts for advance review.
