    • Determining which tasks can be eliminated, created, automated, AI-enhanced, AI-powered, or must be human-only

    • Restructuring the work

    • Setting the checks, balances, and guardrails

    • Managing the changeover

    Results:

    Be able to redesign work as needed to optimize productivity, quality, performance, and the work environment, including designing work around the deployment of AI tools.

    • Determining what AI tools to deploy, where, and how

    • Using best practices when working with AI tools

    • Budgeting AI tool usage

    • Safely using AI tools

    Results:

    Understand the uses of various AI tools and where and how to deploy them to optimize work. Utilize best practices and frameworks for working with AI tools. Assess the various risks of AI tool use and follow safe practices.

    • Communicating how AI will make workers more valuable, not replaceable.

    • Planning to lead people through the transformation

    • Upskilling workers in preparation for the transformation

    • Handling resistance, fear, and opposition

    Results:

    Be able to create and execute plans for managing the change to an agentic workplace. Know how to communicate with workers to assure them you will help them through the change and make it a positive outcome. Be able to equip workers with the skills they need to succeed in an agentic workplace.
