Leader-Driven AI Accelerator
An immersive, leader-driven AI transformation accelerator, helping your leadership team move forward with AI safely, sustainably and with a credible path to value.
Details: A hands-on AI leadership accelerator using real work, consisting of 3x h workshops and accompanying assignments, running across 2 weeks (~16 hours total time commitment), helping your leadership team:
align on AI strategy
assess organisational readiness
strengthen governance, and
establish how AI costs and ROI will be measured.
Not sure how to move forwards?
AI activity is already under way in most organisations. Leaders are exploring opportunities, employees are experimenting with tools, and new use cases continue to emerge.
But activity does not amount to progress.
Without a shared leadership approach, organisations can quickly find themselves facing three connected questions:
Direction. Where can AI create meaningful business value - and which opportunities should take priority?
Control. How can the organisation encourage useful experimentation without creating unmanaged governance, security or operational risk?
Value. What is AI actually costing, what should be measured, and how will leaders know whether it is improving performance?
Until these questions are answered, AI remains difficult to govern, difficult to scale and even harder to justify.
AI transformation is not a tech rollout
Tools, training and experimentation can help. But none of this creates a coherent path forward on its own.
AI changes how work is performed, governed and measured. Senior leaders must decide where it should create value, what to prioritise, how risk will be managed and how success will be judged.
AI also exposes the quality of the work beneath it. Where work is clear, it can amplify performance. Where it is not, it magnifies ambiguity.
The real challenge is not adopting AI - it’s creating the conditions for AI to be applied safely, consistently and profitably.
That is why AI transformation must be leader-driven and grounded in the work itself.
Build the foundations before you scale
The Leader-Driven AI Accelerator helps your leadership team turn broad AI ambition into a practical path forward.
Rather than handing you a generic strategy, Delimited guides your leaders through building the foundations themselves—using your organisation’s real priorities, risks and constraints.
The result is clearer direction, stronger ownership and a credible basis for deciding what happens next.
Leave with a clear path forward
By the end of the Leader-Driven AI Accelerator, your leadership team will have:
a shared view of what successful AI adoption means for the business
a clearer understanding of organisational readiness, risks and gaps
agreed priorities for what should happen next
a practical basis for measuring cost, performance and ROI
How does the Accelerator work?
Day 1: Establish the foundations. A four-hour virtual workshop to align the leadership team around strategy, readiness, governance and measurement.
Days 2-12: Apply the thinking. Participants complete approximately one day of applied work over the following 10 days to two weeks, supported by Q&A office-hours sessions. Drafts are submitted to Jerald two days before the final workshop.
Day 14: Review and strengthen. A three-hour virtual workshop to review the work, identify gaps and agree next steps.
What will your leadership team build?
Across the Leader-Driven AI Accelerator, participants develop reviewed first drafts across four areas:
Strategy and alignment. An initial strategy and alignment statement.
Organisational readiness. Readiness findings and practical implementation plans.
Governance and risk. An initial governance and risk mitigation plan.
Cost, performance and ROI. Plans for baselining performance, tracking costs and measuring ROI.
Delimited also provides supporting guides, assessment results and tailored next-step roadmaps.
Who needs to be involved?
The CEO and senior leadership team, supported by selected operational leaders and relevant IT, governance or risk representatives.
Everyone involved must:
attend both workshops in full
complete the applied work between sessions
contribute openly to the assessments and plans
remain actively involved in deciding what happens next
This work cannot be delegated. Success is dependent on leadership ownership and involvement.
Is this the right fit?
The Leader-Driven AI Accelerator is designed for:
small to midsize organisations, typically with 200–2,000 employees
organisations addressing AI at an enterprise or business-unit level
CEO and senior leadership teams prepared to stay actively involved
organisations willing to retain ownership of the work
teams seeking practical progress rather than generic AI training
The Accelerator is not suitable if you’re looking for:
a quick fix or isolated AI tool
a strategy developed entirely by consultants
an initiative senior leaders can delegate
recommendations without completing the applied work
Led by transformation experience
The Accelerator is led by Jerald Rogers, who has more than 30 years’ experience designing and implementing operational and cultural change.
His approach combines systems thinking, workflow design and hands-on implementation. Rather than prescribing from a distance, Jerald works alongside leadership teams to challenge assumptions, strengthen their plans and turn broad AI ambition into practical next steps.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. The Accelerator is designed for leadership teams at different stages of AI adoption, from organisations that are only beginning to explore AI through to those already experimenting but struggling to create a coherent approach. What matters more than technical knowledge is the willingness of senior leaders to engage with the work, make decisions and take ownership of what happens next.
-
The Accelerator is delivered virtually through two private workshops, with applied organisational work completed between them. The first workshop establishes the foundations, the intervening period allows participants to apply the thinking to their own organisation, and the second workshop reviews and strengthens what they have developed. One or two scheduled Q&A or office-hours sessions are also available between workshops.
-
Participants attend a four-hour opening workshop, complete approximately one working day of applied work over the following 10 days to two weeks, and then attend a three-hour review workshop. Drafts are submitted to Jerald one or two days before the second workshop so he can review them in advance. Everyone involved is expected to participate fully rather than attend selected parts.
-
No. Participants leave with reviewed first drafts of the strategies, assessments and plans needed to move forward. These are designed to create clarity, expose gaps and establish a credible structure for the next stage—not to suggest that the organisation’s entire AI transformation has been completed within two weeks.
-
Yes. Delimited is willing to sign an NDA where required, and all organisational information shared during the Accelerator will be treated as confidential. The work depends on participants being able to discuss their organisation’s priorities, risks and constraints openly, so discretion is fundamental to the engagement.
-
At the end of the Accelerator, Jerald will identify the most logical next steps based on the organisation’s progress, priorities, remaining gaps and internal capability. Some organisations may be able to continue independently, while others may choose to continue into Delimited’s broader Leader-Driven AI Transformation Program for further implementation and transformation support.
-
No. The Accelerator is intended to create meaningful value as a standalone engagement. Any further support will be discussed only where it appears useful, and the organisation is under no obligation to continue working with Delimited after the Accelerator is complete.
-
Workshop dates are agreed directly with each organisation. The second workshop will usually take place around 10 days to two weeks after the first, allowing enough time for participants to complete the applied work, attend the office-hours sessions and submit their drafts for advance review.
