Leader-Driven AI Bootcamp
An immersive, leader-driven AI bootcamp, helping your leadership team move forward with AI safely, sustainably and with a credible path to value.
Details: A hands-on bootcamp using real work, consisting of two workshops, accompanying assignments, and dedicated office hours, running across two weeks (~16 hours total time commitment), helping your leadership team:
align on AI strategy
assess organisational readiness
strengthen governance, and
establish how AI costs and ROI will be measured.
What makes our approach different?
Most AI programs focus on adoption: tools, training, prompts, champions and pilots. Whilst these can increase activity, they rarely create scalable business value on their own.
We focus on sustainable outcomes.
Within our bootcamps, your leaders work on real business priorities, redesign how work gets done, test changes in real conditions, measure the results and build the capability to scale what works.
We do not:
teach tools without business context
run pilots disconnected from strategy and operations
stop at recommendations
treat transformation as extra work, or
leave you dependent on outside support.
During our bootcamp you will:
1. Build skills. Leaders get the skills, tools and support they need to begin developing essential expertise and preparing to apply it to real work.
2. Get practice. Leaders apply their new skills and tools to actual work. They gain expertise through practice whilst achieving business objectives.
3. Receive feedback. Leaders receive timely feedback while practicing real work, allowing them to make real-time adjustments and gain competency faster.
Leave with a clear path forward
By the end of the Leader-Driven AI Bootcamp, your leadership team will have:
a shared view of what successful AI adoption means for the business
a clearer understanding of organisational readiness, risks and gaps
agreed priorities for what should happen next
a practical basis for measuring cost, performance and ROI
How does the bootcamp work?
Day 1: Establish the foundations. A four-hour virtual workshop to align the leadership team around strategy, readiness, governance and measurement.
Days 2-12: Apply the thinking. Participants complete approximately one day of applied work over the following 10 days to two weeks, supported by Q&A office-hours sessions. Drafts are submitted to Jerald two days before the final workshop.
Day 14: Review and strengthen. A four-hour virtual workshop to review the work, identify gaps and agree on next steps.
What will your leadership team build?
During the Leader-Driven AI Bootcamp, participants develop reviewed first drafts across four areas:
Strategy and alignment. An initial strategy and alignment statement.
Organisational readiness. Readiness findings and practical implementation plans.
Governance and risk. An initial governance and risk mitigation plan.
Cost, performance and ROI. Plans for baselining performance, tracking costs and measuring ROI.
Delimited also provides supporting guides, assessment results and tailored next-step roadmaps.
Who needs to be involved?
The CEO and senior leadership team, supported by selected operational leaders and relevant IT, governance or risk representatives.
Everyone involved must:
attend both workshops in full
complete the applied work between sessions
contribute openly to the assessments and plans
remain actively involved in deciding what happens next
This work cannot be delegated. Success is dependent on leadership ownership and involvement.
Are you a good fit?
The Leader-Driven AI Bootcamp is designed for:
small to midsize organisations, typically with 200–2,000 employees
organisations addressing AI at an enterprise or business-unit level
CEO and senior leadership teams prepared to stay actively involved
organisations willing to retain ownership of the work
teams seeking practical progress rather than generic AI training
The bootcamp is not suitable if you’re looking for:
a quick fix or isolated AI tool
a strategy developed entirely by consultants
an initiative senior leaders can delegate
recommendations without completing the applied work
